I wasn't offended. It's just that there's a lot of conjecture/opinion on these boards and there's nothing wrong with that. If it were all just strictly factual conversation, this would be a boring place to be since all we've got are the same limited facts.

No, just based on the fact that what I wrote was quoted from the pacer that was just posted.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the SJM in this instance was dismissed without prejudice. But, that was a decision based on Barco's motion requesting permission to file a surreply and another request for SJ in that motion.

I don't think this affects the actual originally filed SJM. That won't happen until the court considers the surreply.

If the actual SJM is denied with prejudice, the stock will really pop I imagine.

What's wrong with his posts? I've been spending a lot of time reading through all the posts on this board. The one thing that strikes me is that factual information, if not in glowing favor of PTSC, results in the poster being attacked.
