So now the fledgling Falcon has left his nest high on War Eagle Mountain,swooped down and sank his talons into the shorts. Now it is up, up and away forever soaring above all other rivals.

As of March 4, 2010 the stocki will trade on NASDAQ BB. I think we will see a lot of favorable moves in the sp very shortly.

I spoke with Rich on 8/18. He told me they are already covered for expenses going forward with a new PIPE deal. So now we can go forward into production. I really am not too happy with this necessity but it should finally nget us into the final stages which is a good thing. The Falcon will fly!

I asked Rick on May 29 re the shareholder's meeting. He said he did not wish to speculate as to when. He will notify us in time to plan for it. My feeling is that they want everything to be operational when we arrive.

I understand that there were some very rich veins showing in the vertical and horizontal tunnels inside the Sinker Tunnel which is good indicator that much more lies beyond them.

Rich has seen the SEC filing papers and said that we will be very pleasantly surprised when we see the financials. They should go to the SEC by late this week.
