I do not post very often but read every post. I am a HUGE shareholder of Century and I was instrumental in getting Glorieux involved in this stock.

When I first read the news release regarding WTG and CMM what really stood out for along with the poor offer was the tax implications involved. The way I read it and there was a warning with the statement that if a fair market value of Century is determined to be a dollar your obligated to pay the taxes on that amount. So if your average price is 25 cents and the fair market value is a dollar your paying taxes on your profits which is actually a paper transfer if it should happen.This is up front money if the deal goes thru.

I passed the news release along to my accountant and also to Hoov and they were both shocked with the way it was presented but agreed with my interpretaion.

If it goes down this way I would have to sell my shares into the market because I would have a massive tax bill to pay

I hope if a committee is formed they bring this situation to light

I believe the split was 4 to 1 as I was a share holder at the time

I was at the last luncheon hosted by Noront and it was Joe Hamilton who said the chrome was nothing with out more nickel.
I was very impressed with his presentation and the feeling I got was they truely believe they have more nickel and hopefully hole 49 will be the start of better things to come
