It appears that someone from Republic Mining has corrected the article since my initial cut and paste.
"The project involves KWG Resources Inc., which has the Eagle’s Nest property, and Noront Resources, which has the Big Daddy project."
I get frustrated with most of the ROF articles coming from www.republicofmining.com. I just hope that readers do their own DD and don't rely on the misinformation writers like Len Gillis sprews out.

If your comment of a friendly take over price of $1.50 is your opinion, then you are more than entitled to it. To me your post came off more as a fact and I doubt you would be privy to information like that.
