I was actually planning to sell these shares due to the follow three reasons:

1) lack of communication with shareholders

2) the company showed practically no progress at all in regarding to its bird project or other projects

3) now financing the project is now harder for the company and they pretty much told all investors that "hey, our financials are not good enough so we're going to do a reverse stock split on everyone to get more financing"

I guess ron4n you further proved my point in dumping this company

Hey guys, I am a shareholder of COD and just recently joined this board for more information and opinions regarding to the company's operation. While I was doing some follow up on this company, I found that they just released a statement regarding to consolidating its shares from 10 to 1 basis.

I agree that this sounds like a great investment by looking its financials. However, I wonder if it will be more risky compared to other since it is traded under the OTC. Will this company will be traded under the regulated market such as NYSE or NASDAQ?
