Someone said here yesterday that by reading between the lines we can understand from yesterday's NR that POET can't make it work, that they can't figure out how do the integration infab, but it's not my understanding. I'm personnaly kinda reassured that if they didn't achieved integration by now is because they are waiting for months for a new batch of wafers and not because they tried multiple and multiple receipies and the Damn think still wont work.

He didn't say no delay, he said no meaningful change to timeline. Kinda tells you they still think they can find a solution to the epitaxy hurdle, they just have to try different recipies, but it looks like it's taking long each time they run a new recipe and sent it oversea, so all this process is taking longer than expected, but not 1 year longer, the ready to go fine tuned product would not have been ready at beginning of 2017 anyways, most likely around end of year because of all the steps mentioned in the email...

See slide 9 of the new corporate presentation "investment highlights" : Acceleration of revenue and time to market expected with acquisitions. Could explain the immediate need for money. This or the plan to go on nasdaq is on because of imminent succes with the technology and the first step for this move is to make so cheap shares available to us institutions who will then promote the stock. Or both. I don't know but it certainly looks like something is brewing, but I could be wrong. Lets see what the next few weeks bring. GLTA

Oh well, only about 1M warrants left as of March 31, 2016, so you are right about options being exercised, but is it PC or GT I don't know. Just to be clear I think you are probably right about PC selling but my point is please try to avoid talking about it like if it is a certainty?
