I figured that was probaly the case but was hoping there may have been a way for more shareholders to step forward who may be hesitant to make a firm committal of dissent.

Is it possible to split the number of shares you own to use for a dissenting vote AND a no vote?

There may be some shareholders who are afraid of committing all of their shares to dissent due to the possibility that a court-decided share price may not be a value they are happy with.

I've been in the hospital for the pat 5 days so was not able to follow all the goings on here.

I am not a large shareholder, 41K which I am willing to add to the pot and will not sell for nothing.

What steps do I need to take to get my shares added to the total dissenting shares?
