Correct me if I'm wrong but someone before stated that the company was trying to limit dilution.
Could EE not exercising his warrants and the smaller amount for the PP be to limit the dilution? Also signalling that additional funds are not needed at this moment?

Thanks BRoF.
We may change capital spending plans for the balance of this year and next, depending on commodity markets, our financial position, results of feasibility studies and other factors
I like the fact that the timeline is indicated to include 'the balance of this year', which should narrow down the list.

This is the line that caught my interest as well. Does anyone know if Teck is waiting for any specific feasibility studies to be completed (other than ours of course).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but they have never mentioned ours specifically so I was wondering if anyone know of one that they have?

Haven't posted in a while but am still hanging in.
Is it possible that when the last PP was initiated, EE was not in blackout at the time. If we now assume he's in blackout (for negotiations or whatever reason and warrants are not expired), could that be a reason the PP has not closed yet?
Anyone have any ideas on that?

That's been my thoughts for a while as well. There are many who argue that we could only get so much premium on our share price, but if all goes well, our share price could take off like last time and a typical premimum placed on top of that.
That's what I'm anticipating.
JMHO of course.
