The vote is just a necessary formality. It would be very rare if even 15 to 20 % of the shares not controlled by the agreement were voted. So the acceptance of the agreement was never in question. It was a done deal from day one.

I received it on Friday. I quickly turned to Appendix D to see the fairness opinion of BMO Nesbit Burns. I thought it would explain what lead them to conclude that this offer is a good one. No explanation is given as to how they arrived at their opinion. Can anyone find any facts that explain what the decision to sell is based on???

Has anyone asked if the drilling on East Limb has started? They said "expected to commence this summer". I suppose that it is very wishful thinking that they started early.

Sales are headed in the right direction. If only the Fiber Optics division could secure a major sale, this year would be a game changer for the company.

Anyone know if the trading bulletin was issued. I have not found it. If it was, you would think that the company would send out an email.

Yes that is correct. All drills were moved off the ice the middle of last week.
