Thank You

So, my choice is to put my faith in Larry Hoov or the management of Zen.......I will pick Zen everyday and twice on Sundays.

Let's talk facts

You want to talk facts. Hoov, do you own any shares in Zen? Fact or not a fact? Do you currently do work for any competitor to Zen? Fact or not a Fact? In my opinion this is an important fact for those that read this board to know, just like it is important to know the position of any poster to this board. It is always important to know where an author is coming from when you read their works.

I own Zen stock and have been in it for 3 years now.

Seeing how graphite is a major product in the Green Economy that it seems like all Governments want to get into, I do not see how the link that was posted is not contributing to the discussion. To suggest that there is an off-topic board to talk about a sector that Zen or any graphite company would be seeking is ridiculous.

I wonder how long this message will be on before it is flagged.

If Agoracom wants to add value to any discussion about a stock they should allow for members to question the position of other members of this board. As long as there is no name calling or disparaging remarks made I believe all should be allowed.

I for One want to thank Hoov

People may take this as sarcasm but I really want to thank Hoov for posting on this site. Without some of his insight I may not have a balanced view of ZEN. A guy who does not own any Zen, has worked and may still work as a consultant for another graphite producer but takes the time to post on this site should be commended. He should be applauded for taking time out of his busy schedule to not only provide an opposing view of Zen but also helping with the policing of this site. I know that under similar circumstances of not owning any stock and working in the mining sector for a competitor I would not have the same devotion that Hoov does to this site. I raise a glass to you Sir.

Re: Cheap steaks .

No, I got your point, it is very clear. As Jack said in A Few Good Men, crystal clear!

Re: Cheap steaks .

He would have to have come up with $90,000 to purchase the options. Would you have been able to do that, some up with $90,000? And who knows if there are any tax consequences by excerising these options. But at the end of the day you will wish to view the transactions as you choose to view it.

Re: Update

Steak,

Love the slight of hand with the information. We went through this already. The insider who sold, sold shares that he bougth via options. If you do the math he sold enough shares to pay fro them and pay the tax on the gain he had. I think he had 150,000 options at .60 and sold them in the $1.15 range. After all was said and done he added 25,000 shares to his holdings.

Now Tesla may still not be the one who steps up but the sale of the shares has no barring on this.
