Re: How Many Shareholders

Well, I can't speak for the other 4999 to 7999 shareholders but at the moment I'm one of them because it doesn't make financial sense for me to stop being one of them. Times are different from when I started thinking the company had a great future. Many a moon ago. Reluctant to figure out how many years to be honest.

I'm not so sure anymore. Do I still believe they've got the goods? Yeah, I do. But believing isn't any good without being able to prove that your belief has some foundation. And I don't see the money coming anytime soon to start that process. But I'd be happy in being proven wrong in that statement.

Until that time I'm reducing the number of posters on this board back from 16 to 15 again. And enjoying the ride of our Pebble brother in the meantime.

Re: Private Placement Money

My bad. Mixed up messages I assume. Thought the question was about how much PP funding was raised. It wasn't. Please ignore my ranting. Will go back into read only mode.

Re: Private Placement Money

If the PP funding required to kick this all off "which may be $150k to $200K" is accomplished to a level that the moving of equipment is not puffery (not stating it is), why not just mention how much is available at this point in time? Just because they don't have to? Also note the 'may' by the way.

Don't know. Not familiar with the US legal or financial legislation to a level that I should be I guess, but are they beating around the bush for a reason? What would be the problem with a straightforward answer?

Just wanted to say that I for one am happy to see you posting here again. For what that's worth.

Re: James A. Briscoe Discusses the Hay Mountain Project, Native Plant Survey...

Yes, the words used in the interview are "...we are in the process of some financing machinations and the SEC requires that - for their own reasons which are a little bit hard to understand - that we have a quiet period where we don't talk about anything for 30 days..."

Note that the audio on the video link works, so you should at least be able to listen to it.
