Let's not forget that Bobby Joe has helped us all by his useful, helpful observations , pictures and contacts among the workers and locals. No one is perfect and if you don't like his opinions or comments , just try and overlook them and realize he has done all of us a lot of good. LINDY

The US Government will not nationalize the mines. You need Geologists, experienced miners , managers etc in large numbers in order to take them over and make them productive and profitable & the government has few if any , & those who are in place now under free enterprize won't stay unless paid fairly for their skills , efforts & capital. Yes, the Government could order all gold produced be turned over to the govmt, but they will have to pay a fair price , including a profit , or it will stay in the ground. Also , we all know how poorly the government runs things such as the US Post Office, veterans care, etc . So in my opinion you are far safer in precious metal mining stocks than in the physical coins , bars etc that can be easily confiscated, or even banned from trade , but you don't kill the geese that lay the golden eggs , especially if the mining stocks you own are listed and owned in Canada . Here is a bit of news that gives me hope. From the Sept. 10, 2013 issue of the Miles Franklin advisory (news@milesfranklin.com ) " Li Ka-shing, a Hong Kong businessman and the wealthiest person of Chinese descent , with a net worth of $27 billion , is investing heavily in gold.

He has partnered with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to form a new holding company that will acquire gold mining companies and other gold-related assets."

Maybe it's us he is looking at , who knows? LINDY

LAY OFF BOBBY JOE: Garrick you are doing yourself and the rest of us harm by attacking Bobby Joe or insinuating he has evil or selfish motives. He has done nothing but good for all of us and reports what he sees or knows truthfully , and is one of the few that can visit and see the mine and mill area and also pick up info. from the locals at the coffee house, stores or restaurants.

There are usually 2 sides in every disagreement and Bobby Joe probably knows both sides, so leave him alone and be grateful for what he has done to be helpful. LINDY 2, aka LINDY
