Spoke to a rep at BGM yesterday. The person stated that the financing will be ~$20MM and in the form of debt. They remain under a self-imposed halt until their financing is complete - no real indication of a timeline was given other than a return to trading would be after news of closing of the financing.
Mr. Lavalle has definitely shown a history of picking up good properties (kind of like a younger Peter Smith...). I'm going to be interesting in finding out what is at this property is all about and why the divergeance from the graphite direction of the Company.
