Still Burns

Hey,

I had a phone call with my accountant yesterday regarding taxes for 2012.

I have yet to write-off the loss generated as a result of the Nanopierce fantasies we were served up.

I think the total loss from my investment in Nanopierce through my one person business is on the order of $75,000. That doesn't include my personal investment loss which was realized, and for which I will have a tax benefit for another 12 or 13 years.

On the bright side, I haven't been tempted in the least to invest in any leading edge companies. I learned an important lesson via Nanopierce. Management of a small company can either be completely honest and transparent, or they can be incompetent, or they can be outright crooks. I suppose everyone is entitled to their own opinion regarding Nanopierce... My mind has already been made up.

To the good guys.... best wishes.

Deer Antlers?

Any oldtimers here?

It's hard to believe how much money got p1ssed away in Intercell, Nanopierce.... and the companies that came after.

I still have trouble believing that most of pain wasn't caused by thoughtful, deliverate planning.

I hope the good guys survived, and the bad guys will have their feet held to the fire.

Re: Bio Lab Naturals has a new website

Hi Kent,

I hope you're doing well.

Not much information on the website... although I guess there must be a lot going on behind the scenes. Three company offices seems peculiar.

Maybe I stand a chance at recovering some of my 6-figure loss. (I'm not holding my breath.)

Re: VYTC now called BLABD? Jigsaw

Hi Kent,

I hope you're doing well. Not many old shareholders posting.

I had to laugh when I read "And I cannot not imagine anyone stupid enough to come out with a r/s at the getgo of a new company". I can.

The reverse split at the onset doesn't make sense to me either; but, there's quite a bit about the way Nanopierce, Intercell, and Vyta were managed that has made little sense to me. I suppose I should be thankful for the lessons I learned as a heavy investor in Nanopierce... NEVER trust anyone. I still believe, as investors, many of us did what we thought was right. Unfortunately, I don't think any of us knew the whole story, and therefore, we didn't have the information we really needed to make informed decisions. I will NEVER invest in another BB stock. I'm still upset about losing as much money as I did (for which I take responsibility); but, I am most upset that the system allows for the type of misinformation that went on.

Re: 20,000 shares for a ceased Company

Bill,

With this company, who knows why anything happens.

After the lessons learned with Intercell and Nanopierce, I still question why ANYONE would invest in a company with the same person in charge... without factual information regarding a revenue stream.

I lost a boatload listening to management and believing what they promoted.

There were a lot of great shareholders in these companies. Almost no one posts any longer... maybe out of shame, maybe out of anger, or maybe because there's no point in doing so.

My investment in Nanopierce, and the six-figure loss I realized from that investment taught me a lesson I will NEVER forget... Don't trust anyone without concrete information. I was guilty of believing, and it cost me dearly. It wasn't until the Intercell deal with the County of Los Alamos that I learned just how "honest" company management really was with investors.

There has always been too much going on behind the scenes... so is it any surprise that management is still involved when most of the ordinary shareholders have been wiped out?
