My son turned 4 today. It is amusing to think that I have been awaiting this moment since long before he was born. Congratulations all around!

NOTHING is going to get done during Ramadan... ever. Half the people are away on vacation and the other half are fasting, grumpy and too tired from hunger and most people are on shorter hours anyway. I just got back from the Gulf and can confirm this first hand. August is too hot and many people are still on vacation and so I say no earlier than ate-September (people have to catch up for a few weeks).
