Truly a penny stock now, just as Canada considers getting rid of the penny!
Nice to see the volume, too. Good news is that ACT is still very much in business. It's just taking a while to get some traction. Sad thing is it still may be many months before we really know if this turkey can fly. There is still the outside chance of a takeover, which would be one way of solving the dilution problem, which I think is still weighing heavily on the stock...It'll be a while yet before all those options expire.
13 million + shares trading today on positive news, yet very little movement to the upside. ACT is way too diluted. They need to get some revenue and then maybe start buying back shares....Otherwise, with 233,400,000 outstanding it'll be next to impossible for ACT to get past being a penny stock!
2 million + shares and nor movement either way. Any insight into this churning volume?
