I have lost money every time investing in PTSC when positive news has emerged.

I must be a gluten for punishment. I have been in and out maybe 15 times and lost every time.

This is a disgrace that there is no quash cut off point to protect small patent owners. Is the USPTO totally ignorant

Of illegal claims by well to do company's bent on bankrupting a small patent company?

What does this mean in rational business practice? Isn't there a quash point? This is outrageous for finality of a patent!
