Although Marquest was a part of keeping the Company under the same management umbrella, I think Peter Smith would have brought us to the right place (share price wise) eventually.

Nobody seems to have noticed that Fancamp would probably not exist today if it hadn't been for its judicious and prudent efforts over the years, which is why it is so attractive today.

I often wonder why the Agoracom Fancamp hub is a beehive of activity compared with many others such as CHM. It makes me think that because of Peter Smith's leadership style, it has attracted many - you guys should be thanking Smith instead of villifying him!!!!

This business is fascinating and doesn't follow a predetermined path. Looking forward to the next part of the journey.....Rock on, I'm a believer.

It is good to see by the outcome of the AGM there is encouragement for Fancamp to do well and prosper under current management, obviously a view not widely shared in this forum.

It will be helpful to understand the voting numbers yet Marquest or no, the fact remains- Peter Smith and co. engaged enough support to come out ahead. A very sore point for a lot of you guys. I'm not interested in rubbing salt into wounds,I'm looking forward to share appreciation reflected through the analysis of the economic value of the resources coupled with favourable market forces leading to a rise in share value. Looks as though this might be done the old fashioned way afterall, by earning shareholders confidence whether institutional or retail.

the way I see things is that FNC is not Coca Cola or Berkshire Hathaway(would be nice)in any case it is a junior mining company that has developed over time and expanded to include the likes of Mr. Granger, who was supposed to be a helpful addition to management with his weighty title and superior experiences- especially with respect to corporate governance issues. What happened? As far as I can tell Fancamp didn't have any trouble in the governance department prior to Mr. Granger, and after his arrival expenses went through the roof and now we're in this battle for who should run the company.

As far as why Mr. Smith was excluded from the ISS recommendation, I just don't know -yet like to keep an open mind on things.

Rago1 -it's not that he wasn't recommended, it's that his name doesn't appear on the list - perhaps there is a reason - which may not be a bad one!!
