It seems somewhat far fetched proposal, but

1. Renova is in health care diagnostic equipment - one of PTK sensor markets

2. The proposed Renova PP is for $10million - coincidence that PTK just raised 10 million

3. The $10 million Renova offering would be converted to over 110 million shares of Renova vs current capitalization of 55 million shares and paydown the existing Renova balance sheet deficet and get PTK on the Nasdaq.

Lots of intersting connections

I already lost 80% of my investment - so whats a few pennies here and there going to mean now. On a positive note the downside risk is insignificant now unless you bought a truckload at .34 cents

I was under the impression that this product has not yet been pototyped nor is it commercially available.
