I'll take nakinagirl's news from her perspective on the ground any day. I always look forward to hearing from her.
Thanks for posting nakingagirl.
This article mentions "a re-evaluation of the previously suspended Copper Cliff Deep project targeting 126 million metric tons of ore in and around the community of Copper Cliff; Creighton Mine, where drilling has yielded impressive results at depth with ore down to 10,000 feet"
Now that's some serious tonnage. Anyone know the details (grades, feasibility, economics) of that deposit?
I'd like to think that Vale would like to have the ROF ore which seems to be within reach of the Sudbury operations. Do they really need it, other than to keep it out of someone else's hands? Wasn't that part of the reason for Inco's purchase of Voisey's bay - to sustain their market share, and keep it out of competitors hands?
Please understand, I really hope there's a bidding war for NOT, cause I'm still counting on big things from my NOT shares! Just trying to understand how it might come to be.

Form the Noront road show slides dated today on the Noront website:
Why Noront?
The Case for Noront in The Ring of Fire:
NICKEL—The Silver Lining in the new “Black Gold”
1. The only RoF co with Ni
2. Current 43‐101 on deposit—high grade and economic—will be expanded
3. Currently focused on delineating more Ni
4. Without Ni, Cu, PGM’s the Cr203 unlikely to be exploited
This is probably old news to this group, but I had not heard it stated so clearly. According to Noront, all that great Chromite doesn't mean much without some more Nickel to make it all worthwhile.
Interesting.
Still holding strong, and curious as athe rest of you about the HUGE trading volumes.

Has anyone pieced together enough information from the announced drill results to calculate a guess at the NOT tonnage of chromite ? Would you be willing to share your thoughts with this group?
Thanks.
What is the analyst and investing community using to value Geodex.
The Wardrop Engineering seems quite positive, and the Sisson Brook deposit is a very valuable asset. How come the market cap is stuck at around $50Million. I understand that GXM has a 70% share, but that's huge.
What's going on?
