I don't know the answer and maybe there is a lawyer on the board , but it seems the statements are so untrue , there has to be a type of defamation law against publishing lies.
If we get approval and the shares go to $ 25 pps , why can't we file suit for $ 35 pps , stating and showing blantant lies untrue statements ? It would seem that any outcome would yeild a postive result for the shareholders of MNKD if we can state and show a pattern and mis statements .
If this is a possiblity , let's take a collection ! and get this moving to stop all these lies from being spread and daily hits to defame MNKD .

I am looking foward to meeting you all . This maybe our last ASM of MNKD, maybe we will be attending LLY , PFE , AZN , ? , ? next year !
We are planing to meet at the Embassy Suites located at 28508 Westinghouse Pl, Valencia, CA , which is about five ( 5) mintues away from the shareholders meeting . The Embassy Suites has a good breakfast buffet and a lot of open tables . If we meet at 7.30 to 8 that would give us plenty of time . We should try to be out by 9.15 - 9.30 to arvive at MNKD , early enough for sign in and get seats inside.
I will make some MNKD signs and have them on the table . Also I will see if there is a host or hostest seating people , if not I will direct someone at the front desk to point out the MNKD table to anyone that asks. I will be at the Embassy Suites by 7 am to get a large enough table and get organized . All the best . GWB

I really hope I am under estimating ! I expect the price to jump 10 dollars on very positive Clinical Data being Shared , with the price around 8 dollars by end of July . The theme for normal Americans by year end will be - Overweight !
