After reading part 2, the only part that matter to me was about funding.

It looks to me we are a long way away from funding.( Discussions are at the early stages and we don't know if there will be a positive outcome.) These words are not what I wanted to read.

Could you or someone go through the process of starting up a potential deal.

Would someone have to sign a NAD first or would JB give a potential investor an idea of the terms of what type of deal he is looking for?

I would think if someone legitmately had interest in HM a NAD would not hold them back, but maybe the deal that is being put in front of them would. Which of course can be negotiated if not to far apart.

All I'm saying they have the most at risk and the most to gain. If they would have the funds why not take the chance? They do have all the info right in front of them.

One million is not that much money in the exploration business.

What I'm confused in is why don't some or all the BOD's pool the money together?

They have the most to gain with all the free shares they have, plus they already know all the data that LBSR has. To me this would be a no brainer.

Unless there is a SEC rule that states you cannot do that?

Being a shareholder of LBSR for over 6 years and seeing no progress for funds other than PP. I just don't know who would come in and fund drilling. The only way someone would consider it they would have to have complete control of those funds for drilling. I cannot see giving the money to JB. Look at what he did with PP money that was to be used for drilling.

Maybe put that type of deal together, than maybe more people would do PP's to keep the lights on. Than maybe the PPS would start to go up and everyone will be happy.

I don't think the election one way or the other will help LBSR. If they don't get some serious money soon the PPS will stay down. It is all about drilling.
