My experience so far with Gowlings:

June 26, 2016 – Sent a general inquiry e-mail to David Cohen asking for information on how to opt in. Did not receive a reply, but I recall that he was on holidays.

July 13, 2016 – Re-sent the June 26, 2016 e-mail to David Cohen, with cc to Delna Contractor. This time I attached the information suggested by others on this board (i.e., number of shares, statements for accounts, and my photo ID).

July 18, 2016 – Received e-mail from Delna asking for the standard information previously sent on July 13. Perhaps the attachments to my July 13 e-mail were missed due to volume of work. Anyway, I immediately re-attached all documents and sent them to Delna.

July 18, 2016 (later) – Received E-mail reply from Delna asking for my wife’s ID, who is listed on one of the accounts. She obviously checks the information. I replied with requested photo ID.

100% agree. "Golden" buying opportunity, but alas... no cash. Considering selling the tractor. Regular reader, but not smart enough to be a poster. Appreciate everyone's contribution to maintaining my sanity. Thanks. Roy
