Stockwatch was malfunctioning (read: not functioning as normal), for most of the day with PTK. It was showing all the trades in real time (bonus), but the actual ticker and bid/ask were off.

i received a message from rbc when i signed in saying their quotes weren't working and they are trying to fix it asap. apparently the bid/ask still works though...
