Joe, I believe you are absolutely right. Inspired by WS.V I looked at the charts of Tyhee again and i got pretty reconfirmed.

Einstein: Imagination is more important than knowledge

Based on knowledge, one can calculate and extrapolate a “linear” real sp value development of Tyhee. JP and others did the calculations back then in 2005 2006. When Tyhee got hammered he spotted a great opportunity and went in big time and during 11 months he and many other followers invested big time. Tyhees monthly volume spiked up to an unprecedented average of 10 million per months and sometimes more. JP knew his business, he did his calculation and the math on Tyhee.

Had the Tyhee world been linear, had linear knowledge been in control, one can extrapolate and calculate that Tyhee sp would have been ranging between 0,8 to 1,2 as of today. In 2007 the market (most of us) did the calculations again, and we reconfirmed the upside. In the month of 10 2007 Tyhee hit a high of 0.82 and a close of 0.72, an important break out attempt of the old 05 2002 close of 0.7 (with a high of 1! The same month). But knowledge and linear predictions are not in control in this world !, knowledge does not rule the world of trades all the time. The financial crises came in between .. From Feb. 2008 .. and 7 months forward. Tyhee got hit by forced selling as the rest of the market.

In my humble opinion: When the financial crises hit the Tyhee long investor base got crippled. Hence a new one must be build!

Now fast forward, years later!

The fundamentals of Tyhee has never been better. Dave tells us a solid story.

From a technical point of view:

In November 2010 Tyhee breaks the doomed status … and hit a new fresh local high of 0.26 and closes at .22 at new high monthly volume of 12 million.

And the important facts tells an interesting story … a new accumulation has actually taken place!

The forced selling by many have been picked up by someone. Since the crises began, approximately 210 million Tyhee shares have been traded. This is more than 2/3 of the entire base of shares. And even better, during the last 8 months alone, more than 100 million shares !!! have been traded in a very narrow range. That has never happened before, not without price pops. Why ? … I believe this could be accumulation. Big boys “energy” building big time. I think this is strong indication that there is the actual a real life rebuild of a new long investorbase ... This was confirmed by the larger interest at the last refinancing. This narrow range is a new base from where new long investors (including the big boys) are collecting the many pieces of gold to underpin their projected future wealth.

Looking at the chart right now, I see a golden cross with long time monthly moving average bottoming out being intersected by a medium term moving average. So the technical are in very bullish favor.

In my view, if the sp close the months between .13 and .22 we are fairly in a secure status quo. Accumulation continues. WHEN sp break the .22 in monthly closing and confirms by breaking 0.26, it is potentially going to be very very bullish. Then I believe 0.4 and .60 and .72 are the targets forward. And with the current monthly volume, I believe they can ALL be taken out within just one trading month with new high unprecedented trading volumens and new levels of sp.

So back to 2006 ad 2007, we actually had the sound knowledge ... and that is still true ... perhaps some did not have the time?

But myself including many other longtimers and now newcommers, we own many of the 280 million shares and have the imagination … still.

Without the financial crises, I had not got the volumen of shares I have today. So nothing is so bad that it is not good fore something else. This is just another level of opportunity, another level of imagination, that long time investors can benefit from. One day sp will catch up to a real evaluation of Tyhee ... again in my oppinion this is a current sp of plus 1 ... and beyound.

Could the event be that if the broker (eg. Scottrade and ETrade) have accepted to sell Tyhee shares short during a period of time ... it is always nice with a transaction fee ... without the broker having them backed by physical long Tyhee shares (Naked Shorts) ... within the required period ... or ever ... then phantom shares have been created by the broker.

In net ... if the broker is balancing out all Tyhee share holders accounts (both the long and shorts accounts) the broker now will be net short of Tyhee shares. Hence the broker can not ask the agent for the pyhsical delivery !!!of Tyhee shares they do not have.

... not until those short Tyhee accounts have been covered ... And they need to be covered (bought back) by the short client. ... And the broker can not force those short accounts to cover.

I asked ETrade for evidence to document that they have requested the agent of delivery of my shares ... they rejected ... they could not provide it to me.

I am paranoid or ... ?

Unfortunately, the delivery of these shares will not be done electronically through our custodian, and will be done manually from the company's paying agent.

The company is Tyhee Development but the referenced "paying agent" is the transfer agent who handles the delivery of their physical certificates in instances such as this. The name of this agent is Pacific Corporate Trust Company.

Question:

Has anybody contacted Pacific Corporate Trust Company for a status?

This is the feedback I got from ET.

I am puzzeled and frustrated it will take several weeks. Could anyone ask DW if Tyhee is actively invloved in this process:

If this (physical delivery manualy or electronically) is the process cross the board of brokers, this should initiate a "gap" of fullfillment if naked shorts are in the game.

This could initiate a squezzzzzzzz along the line...
