I just wondered why,after all this discussion about LSG,I recieved an IPO from my broker for LSG at the exact price of 3.50 which I was told on here was a buying opportunity?I live on the banks of the St.Lawrence but still can smell fish at a distance. EF

I would be most appreciative if someone could explain to me why the TSX,which is a traded equity and whose SP depends on growth,would be dragging its heels on SGR's or any other potential lister's application.I fail to understand the reasoning there.Thanks El
