Our Notary at work said she just notarizes that she witnessed your signature. She doesn't notarize that the document is accurate.

2.5 million buys and 11 million sells? Who buys the 11 million? Don't you need a buyer in order to sell? Please excuse my ignorance but I am sort of new at investing. Can someone help explain this to me?
