I don't see anything good that could come out of this RS..... Just at a time when we were building momentum with our SP.

I've been burnt before with these RS,, WSR in fact (now WPR in the ring of fire), I bought at .08 some time ago, they did a 10-1 spit, made the SP .80 ,, now, look at it .27 !!! I lost a ton!

BIG time loser in these RS's. Hate to be nagative, but I've been holding Spider for years, bought at everywhere between .03 and .09 cents, SOLD IT ALL YESTERDAY FOR .13,, it's ashame, but that's is good as it gets! IMHO (sorry)

When the stock hits $50.00 then we will truly have our $1.00 per FWR share...

Last 5 days $42.37, 44.74, 49.18, 51.56, 49.75 = 237.60 divide that by 5 (5days) = $47.52 That is the avg. for the last 5 days.

If you had 1000 shares of FWR you would get 21.04 shares of CLF.

Canadians will recieve 1 dollar for 1dollar, BUT Clifs only has to pay the current exchange rate of around 94.5% (USD = CD dollar) to get them.

Canadian share holders will get $1.00 CD dollar per $1.00 CD dollar. It will be CLF that saves on the exchange rate.

Say they (CLF) has to buy (or exchange) 220,000,000 shares it will only cost them (CLF) around $207,900,000.00 to get them (at the exchange rate of 94.5%).

My math may be wrong (but I don't think so), this is how I see it!

Not sure what your thinking is in stating that Not's offer is far superior??

Not closed today at $1.67 divide that by 3.5 (the amount of shares you give up in FWR per 1 on Not's). No telling what the $4.00 warrants are worth?

To me that's about .48 cents per share value of Not's offer.... where am I wrong?

I'll keep FWR, if we win this battle, (by defeating Clifs), and if FWR SP goes down, that's still fine with me as I truly feel it is worth more than the dollar we are offered...

Just voted online, only takes a couple minutes at the most.

Don't let Clifs get away with stealing our resource, It's well worth the wait ($$) to have the knowledge of what we have in the ground!!

Clifs was at around $40.00 a share when this whole thing started, now they are around $50.00,,, we already lost about 25% of value.

Just like they teach the kids in the schools today 'Just Say No' !
