Omagine was postponed in August of Last Year. Seems odd that management keeps telling shareholders in its filings....next month, next quarter....shortly thereafter....what nonsense. Two years ago management's credibility was questioned. I see nothing has changed.

If this was going to happen we would be heading in the other direction. Looks to me like it is over!!

The stock price keeps dropping because of the delays. Shareholders are tired of the misinformation. Read the 10Q. Another 60 days?? If the government wanted it, it would have happened a long time ago. Think about it. This is not good.

I said it a year ago...management has zero credibility! Next month, next quarter, next year....... blah... blah... blah...!

 Does your analysis of the $160mm include the success fee (.5% of the total construction cost...est $1.6Bil...roughly $80 mm... page 11 second par.) to be paid to the company at the Financial Closing? Incredible if they can get it!

How did you calculate the 160MM??
