Re: Goood morning all...

I would expect the next PR to say something along the lines of:

  • xx Ounces of Gold produced to date

  • xx Ounces/Ton mineralizatin of processed materials

  • $xxxx market price of gold produced

  • $xxxxxxx REVENUE GENERATED TO DATE

SFMI will pay 15% on all historic tailings processed, no payment on unprocessed ore.

There seems to be a misunderstanding on whether royalties are to be paid by SFMI to GHDC on the above ground tailings and unprocessed ore. Can you please clarify?

Does SFMI owe GHDC the 15% royalty payment on above ground tailings and unprocessed ore?

Thank You,

Re: Royalties on Unprocessed Ore & Tailings

The good news is that they were testing the mill w/tailings (I think) to come up w/0.75 au/ton gold equivalent. Now they are saying that the grade is improving w/mill refinements. Then onto the unprocessed ore w/o owing a royalty on the richer material. SLAM DUNK. It seems now is the last opportunity to get in at these levels. Onward and UPWARD!

I just got off the phone with Rich Kaiser.

The Mill is seeing better rates than the .75 gold equivilant as described in the PR as the mill is tweaking the equipment.

The camera experienced a short in the ground while they were servicing the camera, and they are in the process of replacing the server. Looks to be fixed by next week.

As soon as smelter results are available, they will PR them, stay tuned.

Cross posted from the 'other board' for general clarification:

Good Morning - News on the Mill

Silver Falcon Mining, Inc.'s (SFMI) Diamond Creek Mill Facility Produces Gold/Silver for Sale on May 17, 2010
MURPHY, ID--(Marketwire - May 4, 2010) - Silver falcon Mining, Inc.'s (OTCBB: SFMI) management reports that its 100% owned Diamond Creek Mill facility will start producing gold/silver for sale on May 17, 2010. The Company's mill manager and other mill professionals advised management that the mill can now operate at two 10-hour shifts per day, 50 tons per shift (100 tpd-tons per day) on a 30-day cycle; expected mill grades and throughputs to be announced in ensuing releases. The Company anticipates further increases in mill rates in mid-July 2010.

Noteworthy, the Company reported on April 19, 2010 that the Diamond Creek Mill became open for production. After a couple of weeks of testing the different components that make-up the mill circuit, the Company can now move forward with a productive schedule on gold/silver cash-flow outputs.

The Company began constructing a security fence along the immediate perimeter of the mill building and mill office location, the inside of which will be patrolled by armed personnel. All necessary employment positions have been filled with key personnel that are talented in each of their allocated fields of expertise.

Pierre Quilliam, CEO, states, "A milestone for SFMI, historic in nature, we are the first Company in about 100 years with the ability to productively produce precious metals from the WAR EAGLE MOUNTAIN site. This excitement continues to generate enormous interest from both the mining industry sectors and the domestic/international investment communities. I like to thank all trades, employees, and investors for their devoted support for this gold producing venue."

The Company will not allow any unauthorized visits but will be allowing shareholders and other interested parties the opportunity to a mill/mine tour later this year.
