Well, I dont feel treated well as a retail shareholder. I dont like the way financing is done, why dont they just issue pre-emptive rights w/o warrants? I dont like thinks like a CC being announced to certain people way ahead of a public release. Why not issue a proper press release in the first place?

Another issue that boggles my mind is that they didnt manage to hire an office manager for a year or so. If there where an office manager, one of his tasks would be to remove the job advertisements for his position as well as defining the other job advertisements. By the way, where is the job located? USA, CAN? Actually I have no clue.

Promising to disrupt the semiconducter industry and not being able to handle a position for an office manager, not to mention an update of company presentation or BoD description s telling. Is Alfalight still anticipating a value added transaction in 2015? If they have an office manager, he should be fired, if they dont have one I´d volunteer for a few month...

For clarification please: How much of the 40 engineers workload we have could approximately be done by ARM staff?

Is the IP we develop in collaboration with Synopsis something that could be provided by ARM?

The licensing model of ARM is sometimes mentioned as an suitable business model for POET. Also IMHO marketcap of ARM is a realistic number for POET in a few years down the road.

Having said that, I wonder to which extend ARM and POET are, or most likely will be competitors or partners.

I assume some IP is complementary and some is competitive. Can some tech-savvy board members shed some light on this please?

Is it any likely that we may see a chip/CPU designed by ARM and powered by POET?

I hope its not an irrelevant question to raise as I wonder why this issue of a partnership with ARM or POET eating ARMs lunch was not discussed here (to my best knowledge).

I remember they mentioned in the CC that there are certain things they cannot talk about. That makes it very hard to completely rule out progress on e.g. PET. Many of us assumed PET prototypes are related to TB/Apple.

It is like ruling out a deal w Apple because they said at the AGM the TRAB never had a meeting. Question is, given Apples secrecy, would they allow POET to confirm either meetings of TRAB or development of PET SoC prototypes?
