This may be the perfect scenario where shareholders take management to task for selling them out (or certainly attempting to).

Just saying....management's role is to act in the best interests of its shareholders...this is a fiduciary duty.

Acting in its best self-interest may be cause for action.

Surely no minority retail shareholder can possibly believe that $1 is a fair buyout. Not now. Not ever.
