Nice to see us moving up against the overall market trend today. Great work on the blog and the information sharing. Great to see the discussions here staying on topic. Much thanks to all who have provided insight and commentary while keeping it on topic.


Question for anyone who has familiarity with exploration agreements (similar to how CUU is the explorer for Tck): Is this normal that tck can go out and stake a number of claims while privy to market information that has apparently not been released? I think I am somewhat answering my own question here but just wanted to ask for input for anyone who may have better knowledge in this area.


I guess I am just thinking that ANY one of us or other company could have gone out and staked claims based on the information we have been told. However hardly anyone has done so. So it made me wonder why? Which then got me to thinking, well why has Tck done so now? We know they sign off and practically see every thing in CUU, so does their agreement give them access to this additiona information? Do they somehow have "insider" info which allows them to act before the market can react? Guess I am just trying to better understand their agreement and how is it that they get first dibs? Don't get me wrong, even if they are purchasing based on something they have seen - this is definately a good sign for the rest of us.

I was echoing this same concern about TCK being able to buy the lands around us and develop them while giving us the shaft (pun intended). However based on the comments here, that has been alleviated. Plus, if that happened, TCK would basically be delcaring their intentions and it would be time to play hardball. Meaning, we release our feasibility and trigger the clock for TCK to act - while at the same time inviting other market participants. So I still think there has to be a symbiotic relationship in place here. Too many interwoven facets to consider at the moment.


Although, this got me thinking about road access. Will these new lands allow TCK to gain access to our property (assuming they buy us out)? Previous, it has been mentioned that the road runs right through some of our extra land not subject to the buy out? So someone who knows the geography better might be able to comment on this situation? Could this be a poker play by TCK to end up paying less for us overall as they would no longer need some of our additional land which we have stated is not subject to the back in??

Thanks to all!

Finally took the plunge and joined today after following the board here since leaving SH maybe 6 months or more ago. (Didn't want to be left out of the Vegas golf trip)


Been following the stock since Sept 2010 and made my first purchase at around .70


Never been a huge poster but always enjoy the debate and add comments when I can. (Inbox me if you would like to know my ID from the old board)
