Am I reading this incorrectly, but I thought a termination of shareholder rights would be a bad thing?
They can always survive somehow. They have a pretty big set of permits to share / farm out. I'm hoping something like Cobalt International or Noble Energy come along...
But I don't think the others will allow that?

Careful. Guyana is quite young I feel, and there are still tensions around it. But you're right in saying, there hasn't been alot of problems.
