Re: The Next Step

Dude, you have to stop with the negative sentiment. Just because Falcon spent over 350 million dollars in Mako to no avail does not mean a thing. Now they are going to spent at least 1/30 of that in OZ while carrying a boat anchor in PHUN, what more could you ask for? You need to extrapolate the lines to get a clear vision of where things are going. I definitely see where this puck is heading, you should to.

Re: Beetaloo - Institutional Holders

>Not really. As I said the last time someone is doing a sloppy work at Reuters in the last few weeks.

And what you wrote previously.

>>Well we saw earlier that the majors are slowly increasing the amount of shares they own.

>Well, I say it’s quite a bit more than just “slowly”. Actually the Reuters Report shows an increase of 8,089,700 shares since my last report on March 7th, just 9 days ago.

>But if you check the 2 tables you’ll notice the sloppy work by Reuters, or is it? Anyway take a look

I agree Reuters is sloppy in they're representation of insider holdings, they always have been. However, there is nothing to suggest increased (or decreased) positions as you did imply earlier. The notion of Reuters purposely misrepresenting the holdings info is over the top, even for you.

Re: Interesting View.....67.9% stake in Falcon

I believe the further dillution (315 million shares) needs to be factored in, although that would still represent 54% ownership, or in your case 26% for the existing 13000 shareholders.

Re: FALCON OIL & GAS LTD. ANNOUNCES A PRIVATE PLACEMENT...

I would have to say it is very good news for Falcon and its existing shareholders. Yes more dillution, now with well over 1 billion shares expected. The other alternative was a RIP tombstone.

I think Soly needs to redraw his pie chart showing the new share allocations.

Re: FALCON OIL & GAS LTD. ANNOUNCES THE CLOSING OF FALCON AUSTRALIA PP...

The way I read it.

Falcon started with 75% ownership of Falcon OZ. After the first PP or 5 million, they were left with 73.1 %. Now afer the final closing or another 1.2 million raised left Falcon with 72.7% ownership. So 1.2 million gives (73.1 - 72.7 = 0.4/0.75= 0.5%) the new PP a whopping 0.5% ownership.
