Now is the time for every last one of us to dig deep and give what we can. Darcy and Gil just dug out $90K of their own hard earned cash which they are not entitled to reimbursement. Lets help them out with the legal fees and we will all prosper in the end.

We have a great couple of guys leading the charge and they must be supported wholeheartedly.

Bayo, You are most correct. Without Sculp. and the Hastmanns et-al we would have been dead in the water ages ago. I want to find out WHAT is on or beneath the Tesoro and only the GREEN team can do that now. Please give generously and we'll prevail.

JW you are losing it. First off I did not give and opinion on the situation. I only want information. Secondly the leaders of the Green team are the Hastmann's not the Darcy's.

I will take Sculpins advise and phone them directly to try and gain some enlightenment.

We just can't let this drag on forever. Maybe a full page add in a national newspaper explaining our case my help expedite a court date?
