Run on the SP

Hi All;

Anyone have any insight as to the recent run on the SP? Somewhat of a dump. Still figure this currently is worth in the region of 35-45 cents/share based on around1 million ounces and current production cost standards or AISC of in the region of $1000-1100/ounce.

Something spooked investors??

Thoughts?

Slow and steady

Interesting volume and climb in the SP. News on the horizon or are peple just waking up and realizing the potential of this JV.

Interesting read in the Financial Post this week discussing Southern Arc's recent aquisitions.

http://business.financialpost.com/2013/08/26/southern-arc-advances-on-two-gold-properties/

A snippet form the article states; " One analyst sees Windfall Lake in the top 7%, in terms of gold grade, of active worldwide primary gold development assets with resources > 500,000 oz."

I think the evidence will continue to show this with the Fall/Winter drill program. No where but up IMHO.

Re: large PP

There may be some trepidation regarding the PP and the near doubling of outstanding shares but on the positive is the solid show of support from Southern and Dundee. Remember this stock has been in single digits since March, likely some of those who bought in are taking profits. A good return in a low return market.

Re: large PP

Hi Bananaboy.

Agree with your opinion. Should see an increase in the ozs with further exploration, lots near surface and high grade pockets that are low hanging fruit. Attractive if production costs per ounce can be kept low and if gold starts to get above 1500/oz.

Found a good read recently in the Globe and Mail.
