FNC and NOT

Greetings,

Nice little run on both NOT and FNC this week. Hope it keeps up.

Honestly, I wish FNC would just make a deal with NOT for their McFaulds claims. If the rumours of a hit near the NOT/FNC border are true, there is no way that NOT is going to release any information until the FNC claims are controlled by NOT. Just does not make sense.

I wish NOT would just issue an extra 60 millions shares and offer one share of NOT for every 2 shares of FNC their shareholders own. I know it is a lot of dilution for NOT but to control that land is a must and good dilution in my opinion. It also effectively costs NOT nothing except the dilution. I've been diluted so bad anyway, at this point for me it is a no brainer. Another no brainer is that FNC shareholders accept the deal, keep the rest of their company and get bonus NOT shares. They still get to participate in McFaulds but now with a company that has strong established in-situ values of metals.

As I mentioned months ago, I don't think it is a coincidence that NOT and FNC shares have been roughly valued at 2:1 for some time.

Time will tell I guess. I just wish things would hurry up.

Is this a possibility?

Greetings,

Is it possible that the sudden rise is due to a potential share offer for FNC or the McFauld's claims FNC owns?

Since April of this year, the NOT:FNC share price ratio has consistently tracked roughly 2:1. This has me thinking that a share offer could be in the works whereby FNC shareholders would receive 1 NOT for every 2 FNC. Even if it were only for McFauld's, I would still support this move as a NOT shareholder. As for FNC shareholder, what a bonus if they get a piece of NOT and keep the rest of their company.

Thinking of this scenario, I envisioned that the trigger to this scenario would be a quick push up in the price of NOT. That pushes the ratio higher than 2:1 and if announced would immediately pull up FNC, thus making the optics of the deal look good.

I've always believed that nothing would happen to NOT until FNC was dealt with. Probe played ball with NOT and look where they are today. Time for FNC to play ball too. Bottomline, anyone playing the Ring of Fire most likely own both stocks anyway.

Monday is FNC's annual meeting (I think, please correct if I am wrong). Is this a coincidence that NOT goes on a run on a Friday? Monday should be interesting. I hope I am correct with my educated guess.

Have a nice weekend,

Question?

Greetings,

Long time lurker and FNC shareholder, now I have a question that maybe someone can help me with.

McFauld's Lake doesn't come up very much any more on this board but that is the reason I got into this stock.

My question is why has the FNC stock price roughly been half of that of Noront since April of this year? I might be looking too much into this but man, this has now been going on 6 months. Are we being set-up for a NOT share offer whereby they will offer 1 share of Noront for every 2 FNC owned?

If that is the case and they are going after the entire company, I would quickly vote no. However, if the offer was only for the McFauld's Lake claims and FNC keeps everything else, I would for sure vote yes.

Hopefully this question will provide some good discussion for the evening.

Cheers,
