Its a 10% shortfall not 20% and considering the horrendous amounts of rain they have received I would say 10% is no big deal.

Their listing is worth more than 600k. So worst case senario, even if they are the worst company in the world and all of their properties have zero value, they could sell the listing for more than 1 cent. Its not like GAX is trading at 1 cent with 500m shares FD.
