so what would happen if tech just bought the SC property and CUU remained with the AZ property?

I think all that happened is someone suckered a bunch of shareholders out of some shares.

There was some options that recently expired. The share price is higher than the option price so they are in the $. The theory is that they could not excercise the options because of the blackout. I don't know why else the options would not be exercised, so I like the theory.
