I think $15.00 is a short term bottom but not 'it', the clue being the USD and problems elsewhere around the world that are driving capital into it.

As the USD rises in value, debt denominated in USD also rises, encouraging more cash to fly into USD .

We could have another year of this - shame they sold off the silver assets. though it could stil need another year.
