Hey, Rodg. Long time no see. Good to have you back.

I haven't talked to Jim about it, as he just got home from Mexico last night (9 days this time). The power problem represents a guarantee broken by the Mexican power authority. Not good enough, as it turns out, so he had to go to plan B. That takes both time and money, and meanwhile, he's got mill staff to pay. They're all busy, but if you're not producing, you need to find another source of cash. The PP was pocket change, in the greater scheme of things.
