You guys don't get it. There is right and there is wrong. It is not okay for one and not the other. The amount is not relevant. It is the principal. I don't care whose trip cost more, I don't care whose trip had more people. The buck stops with the CEO but the rest of the directors and officers failed in their duty to shareholders. When you guys try to justify MB and DB and their china trip that included MB's wife you are at the same time condoning everything that Lori did. I don't understand the logic here. "Lori blew $50,000 on a trip so the other directors can blow $20,000 and that is perfectly fine because it's a smaller number." Is that what you are all trying to say here? So Ted Bundy killed 35 people so Jeffry Dahmer who only killed 17 is a freakin saint! All I see are excuses for bad behaviour.
