It is likely that IIROC halted the stock because of insufficient amount of directors, although it took them 4 days to halt it after the announcement of Mr. McDonald passing, but only 12 minutes after Lori's resignation announcement. One would think with yesterday being the AGM, that someone in attendance could have stepped in as a director. 

It is all very interesting indeed!!!
