I think she was sincere.

Afterall, with two votes to her three,Lori couldn't lose and the shareholders would think they had board representation, when in reality they had nothing.

And are the Hastmans experienced enough about the capital markets and mining to perform such a job? No disrespect intended towards them,I don't know them, so just asking the question.
