TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We originally were informed of the meeting around the first of March. It was scheduled for March 12th so we arranged a flight, hotel, and rental car. Only by chance by talking to Murry Braucht that we found out the meeting was changed to March 27th so we changed our arrangements. The meeting was to be in St. Elias' office but was later changed again to the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Vancouver. As there were only 20 people there, the office would have worked fine.
Lori McClenahan conducted the meeting. Of the 20 people attending, 15 were planted there as loyal to Lori so anything that required a show of hands was quickly passed. As part of the minority, we had some questions for Lori, but she refused to take any questions from the floor. She said to email or phone questions. We have tried that in the past but never got any response.
On the positive side, we were happy to see that the share consolidation and the name change were defeated.
We invested a large amount of money plus we have our children involved. We believe that St. Elias has been mismanaged and has become a non viable company.
