St. Elias Mines

I don't mean to be a downer, but how will they fill the PP when the price on the open market is $.02 per share? Isn't a PP usually at a discount to theed current share price? Where is the benefit of participating in the PP? What was the price for the PP again per share?

Also, how would we do so if we wanted to? I was under the impresion that few whom have tried to participate were never sent the required information to participate?
