I'm wondering why Mr. Lachance is listed as an insider? Has he taken Tina's place on the BOD and if so, why wasn't this publicly announced? Is he a director for SLI now as well? If he hasn't traded any SLI shares, there would be no way of finding out. I'm not sure I'd be selling so much IGD with all the exciting news about TTAGIT.
Also, I wondered how I had missed these trades, but then I looked at the filing date, and they were all filed on Oct. 10, 2013 and yet the trading dates were as far back as January.
