Yes, sad but I'm not surprised, it just goes to show the the power that these CEO's have, they can pretty much do what ever they want with little to no interferance from the outside from a legal standpoint, CEO's can hide behind closed doors and non disclosure agreements what seems like forever and there's not thing one that the shareholder can do about that. I don't have much faith in the so called Law because it seems as though it's designed to protect the guilty and prosecute the innocent.

IMHO, Lori has won the battle......for now! there will have to be anothe AGM this year sometime where by she will loose the War.

Of course, I am assuming that the shareholder will be allowed to Vote!
