Correct me if I'm wrong, but at the agm in 2011, didn't Lori get voted down on a proposed pp that she wanted to do back then ? was that put to a vote back then and the shareholders at that time rejected the pp in a vote and that vote stuck ? If so, what difference is there between that situation back then and this , other than the obvious one of what we were voting on this year ?
